Return Policy

Please be advised that we can not offer returns on green coffee.

On merchandise we will offer returns, minus the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.  Items must be returned within 15 days in the original packaging with all of the original paperwork.

Warranty work is provided by the manufacturer.  If you are having trouble accessing warranty work we will work to ensure that your warranty is honoured.
