ABOUT SIDAMO HADA

Established in 2008 by entrepreneur Negusse Debela, SNAP is one of Ethiopia’s top exporters of specialty coffee. Known for its meticulous operations and commitment to quality, SNAP’s continual investment in infrastructure extends to support throughout the supply chain. An ongoing project to improve traceability includes providing smallholders with product analysis and feedback, as well as training.  
Handpicked ripe and red cherries are carefully inspected to ensure the underripe cherry is removed. Next, selected cherries are placed on drying beds and raked continuously to promote an even dry over a 9-12 day period. Dry cherries are then transported to Addis Ababa where it is dry-milled and prepared for export.

Not what I was looking for.

I ordered Sadamo because our old brewer in Nanaimo retired and we lost our Sadamo source. It was amazing! I was hoping for the same from you. What I got was just coffee. No better than cheap grocery store coffee. And yours was very expensive. And shipping was expensive. Green beans should be less expensive than roasted beans. Sorry, but I’m telling like it is.
